Fabricated machine room for data center and construction method thereof
The invention provides an assembly type machine room for a data center. The assembly type machine room comprises a roof, a wall structure and a machine room foundation which are sequentially assembled in the vertical direction. The roof comprises a roof body, a matching groove is formed in the bottom of the roof body, and the four corners of the bottom of the matching groove are each fixedly connected with a set of limiting corner blocks. The wall structure comprises an outer structure layer and a machine room, the machine room is installed in the outer structure layer, an air flow channel is formed between the machine room and the inner walls of the two sides of the outer structure layer, the outer structure layer comprises a rear wall plate, side wall plates and a front wall plate, and the two sides of the side, adjacent to the side wall plates, of the rear wall plate are installed through the two sets of side wall plates; the machine room comprises a machine room body, an exhaust window is formed in the upper end face of the machine room body, fans are installed on the two sides of the machine room body, and air compressors are fixedly connected to the lower end faces of the fans. The machine room is stable in overall structure and convenient to install, and meanwhile, the interior of the machine room can be kept at a proper temperature.
