The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out ball milling on nano Lu2O3 powder and nano SiO2 powder to obtain mixed slurry; the molar ratio of the nano Lu2O3 powder to the nano SiO2 powder is 1: (2.4 to 2.6); (2) performing spray granulation on the mixed slurry to obtain composite powder; (3) carrying out high-temperature sintering on the composite powder to obtain a nanostructure lutetium disilicate feed; and the nanostructured lutetium disilicate feed does not contain lutetium monosilicate Lu2SiO5. The prepared nanostructure lutetium disilicate feed is high in purity, the product does not contain Lu2SiO5, the internal structure of the nanostructure lutetium disilicate feed is nanocrystals, the nanostructure lutetium disilicate feed is uniform in particle size distribution, high in compactness, good in fluidity and large in tap density, the performance of a subsequent coating can be greatly improved, and the nanostructure lutetium disilicate feed is suitable for a plasma spraying process.
