The pile washing pipe is provided with a pipe head part assembled in the through hole; the protective cap is connected to the first surface of the pile shoe outer plate, a cavity is formed by the protective cap and the first surface, the pipe head part is communicated with the cavity, and the protective cap is provided with a washing hole penetrating through the protective cap; and the skin is elastically and telescopically connected to the protective cap and the first surface, and the skin is made of a waterproof material. When pile washing operation is carried out, a pile washing medium enters the cavity through the pipe head of the pile washing pipe, then opens the skin through the washing hole and is sprayed out along the outer plate of the pile shoe, and the adsorption force and the sludge pressure of the pile shoe are broken; and when pile washing operation is stopped, the skin elastically contracts and blocks the washing hole, sludge is prevented from entering, and the anti-blocking effect is achieved.
