The invention relates to the technical field of ocean platforms, in particular to a pile washing nozzle assembly which comprises a mounting seat, a throttle plate, a valve rod and an elastic piece. An assembly hole is formed in the mounting base in a penetrating mode, and one end of the assembly hole communicates with the pile washing-out pipeline. The side wall of the throttling plate is connected to the inner wall of the assembly hole in the circumferential direction, and throttling holes are formed in the throttling plate. The valve rod is movably arranged in the assembly hole, when the valve rod is located at a first position in the assembly hole, a first blocking part of the valve rod blocks the throttling hole, a second blocking part of the valve rod blocks a port, away from the pile washing pipeline, of the assembly hole, a first hole and a plurality of second holes which are communicated are formed in the valve rod, and when the valve rod is located at a second position in the assembly hole, the throttling hole is blocked by the second blocking part of the valve rod. The throttling hole is communicated with the first hole, and the second hole is communicated with the outside. The elastic piece is arranged on the valve rod in a sleeving mode, and the elastic piece has the tendency to enable the valve rod to be located at the first position. The invention further provides an installation method applied to the pile washing nozzle assembly.
