The arc-shaped retaining wall and the slope runoff retaining wall are both formed by cutting retired wind power blades. According to the method, on the basis of water storage and soil moisture conservation, a planting community with three plant types of arbor, shrub and grass is designed by utilizing the advantages of the shape of the waste fan blade material, and the survival rate and attractiveness of slope vegetation planting are improved based on precise irrigation.
