The invention discloses a rapid crack self-repairing agent for maritime work reinforced concrete and a preparation method of the rapid crack self-repairing agent. The self-repairing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30% of polyacrylic acid hydrogel, 5-10% of microorganisms, 20-30% of betaine, 15-25% of calcium salt and 20-30% of aluminum salt. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the acrylic monomer with the cross-linking agent, the initiator and the auxiliary cross-linking agent; mixing aluminum salt and acrylic acid to obtain aluminum acrylate; mixing the microbe-polyacrylic acid hydrogel with the microbe and betaine, stirring and heating to prepare microbe-polyacrylic acid hydrogel; and drying, crushing, coating calcium salt powder, dipping in polymer emulsion, and drying to obtain the product. By forming an organic-inorganic composite repairing product, cracks can be quickly blocked, harmful media are cured, beneficial ions are released, and the dual purposes of crack self-repairing and steel bar corrosion inhibition are achieved.
