The invention provides gypsum-based self-leveling mortar. The self-leveling mortar comprises water, fine sand and the following components: 70-80 parts of phosphorus building gypsum powder, 5-10 parts of fly ash, 2-5 parts of Portland cement, 10-20 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 0-0.5% of a retarder, 1-4% of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.5% of a reinforcing agent, 0.5-2% of a suspending agent, 0.5-2% of cellulose and 0-0.1% of a defoaming agent. According to the self-leveling mortar disclosed by the invention, the fly ash is added, so that the self-leveling mortar can obtain good workability and mechanical property, meanwhile, the toughness of the mortar is improved by adding the reinforcing agent, the water-retaining property of the mortar can be improved by adding the cellulose, and the flowability of the mortar is improved by the water reducing agent.
本发明提供了石膏基自流平砂浆，自流平砂浆包括水、细沙和以下组成成分：磷建筑石膏粉70‑80份，粉煤灰5‑10份，硅酸盐水泥2‑5份，重钙10‑20份，缓凝剂0‑0.5％份，减水剂1‑4％份，增强剂0.1‑0.5％份，悬浮剂0.5‑2％份，纤维素0.5‑2％份，消泡剂0‑0.1％份。本发明的自流平砂浆通过粉煤灰添加，自流平砂浆可获得良好的工作性和力学性，同时通过增强剂的添加提高砂浆的韧性,纤维素的添加能够改善砂浆的保水性,减水剂提高砂浆的流动性。
