The invention provides a construction method of an underground diaphragm wall shear reinforcement and reserved connector integrated structure, which comprises the following steps: connecting a double-hole reinforcement connector with the straight end of a horizontal reinforcement on the opposite side of a non-penetrating screw hole to form an integrated structure; after the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage is bound, the integrated construction structure is put into the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage, one end with a hook is connected with a vertical main reinforcement of the underground diaphragm wall on the soil facing side, and the double-hole reinforcement connector is placed on the outer side of the vertical main reinforcement of the underground diaphragm wall on the pit facing side; the connecting piece is screwed into the through screw hole; after grooving of the underground diaphragm wall is completed, a reinforcement cage is lowered, and the integrated construction structure serves as an underground diaphragm wall shear reinforcement to participate in stress in the foundation pit excavation stage; and the foundation pit is excavated to the base, the double-hole steel bar connector is exposed, lining wall steel bars are bound, and the connecting steel bars are screwed into the non-penetrating screw holes. The pouring and tamping quality of the underground diaphragm wall can be guaranteed, the steel bar consumption is reduced, and the steel bar cage binding process is simplified.
