The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall steel box and joint box structure which is formed by detachably splicing a plurality of steel box and joint box whole bodies, each steel box and joint box whole body comprises a steel box and a joint box, each steel box comprises U-shaped steel plate piles, flange steel plates and reinforcing meshes, the two U-shaped steel plate piles are symmetrically arranged, and the flange steel plates are arranged on the two U-shaped steel plate piles. Each U-shaped steel sheet pile comprises two side plates and a transverse plate clamped between the two side plates, and the two side plates of the two U-shaped steel sheet piles are connected through a middle web to form a hollow box. The U-shaped steel sheet pile locking opening is used as a connecting component of the steel box and the connector box, so that the connector box and the steel box can be put down together, and a construction procedure is reduced; meanwhile, the locking opening serves as a limiting and guiding structure of the connector box, the situation that lowering and pulling are difficult due to deflection in the lowering and pulling process of the connector box is avoided, and deformation of the connector box due to the fact that the connector box touches the reinforcing mesh is avoided.
