The problems that traditional profile steel support replacement is high in consumption and does not meet the green construction requirement are effectively solved, the concrete support replacement structure is used for replacing traditional profile steel, under the condition that force transmission is not affected, the construction period is shortened, the concrete support replacement structure is directly poured into a part of a bottom plate, and therefore the concept of green development is met.
本发明涉及一种深基坑的换撑结构,基坑的底板包括既有段、待浇段以及形成于既有段和待浇段之间的后浇带,换撑结构包括:埋设于既有段且有部分向待浇段凸伸的支撑杆,支撑杆由混凝土浇筑而成;固定于支撑杆的端部的加强钢筋笼,加强钢筋笼与待浇段的钢筋笼固定连接;以及浇筑形成的加强带,加强钢筋笼埋设于加强带内。本发明有效的解决了传统型钢换撑消耗大且不符合绿色施工要求的问题,通过使用砼换撑结构代替传统型钢,在不影响传力的情况下,缩短工期,且直接浇筑成为底板的一部分,从而符合绿色发展的理念。
