The invention relates to a construction method combining fragment hoisting and air inlaying of a cantilever structure, the cantilever structure comprises a plurality of splicing units and inlaying components located in the splicing units, and the construction method comprises the following steps that each splicing unit is manufactured in advance; and the multiple inlaying components are correspondingly hoisted and fixed into the multiple splicing units from top to bottom, the inlaying component on the topmost layer is hoisted and constructed through a tower crane, and then the fixed inlaying component on the upper layer is matched with the hoisting device to conduct hoisting construction on the inlaying component on the lower layer till hoisting construction of all the inlaying components is completed. The technical problem that in the prior art, a steel structure cantilever structure adopts a tower crane aerial scattered splicing and welding mode, so that a lower cantilever structure deforms greatly due to load accumulation is solved.
本发明涉及一种悬挑结构分片吊装与空中嵌补结合施工方法,包括悬挑结构包括多个拼接单元和位于该拼接单元内部的嵌补构件,施工方法包括如下步骤:预先制作每个该拼接单元;将多个嵌补构件自上而下对应吊装并固定至多个该拼接单元内部,其中,先利用塔吊吊装施工最顶层的嵌补构件,再利用已固定的上一层嵌补构件配合所述吊装装置进行下一层嵌补构件的吊装施工,直至所有嵌补构件吊装施工完成。本发明解决了现有技术中钢结构悬挑结构使用塔吊空中散拼拼装焊接的方式易导致下部悬挑结构因荷载累积而变形较大的技术问题。
