Firstly, after surface cleaning is conducted on a site, vertical anchor rod construction is conducted, and related detection and acceptance are completed; constructing a bottom horizontal reinforcing steel bar reinforcing mesh, and checking and accepting the bottom horizontal reinforcing steel bar reinforcing mesh; positioning the construction position of the pile foundation, pre-embedding a pile foundation positioning pile casing so as to position the pile foundation, and reinforcing and positioning the pile foundation positioning pile casing through a plurality of positioning frames; formwork installation is carried out, rubble concrete construction is carried out after formwork installation acceptance check, rubble concrete construction is platform division construction from top to bottom, and the free side from bottom to top is step-shaped inward contraction; the pile foundation positioning pile casings are heightened layer by layer along with lifting of the rubble concrete; repeating the steps until reaching the bottom surface of the bearing platform; pile foundation operation construction is conducted, and a pile foundation is located in the pile foundation positioning pile casing for construction; and carrying out bearing platform construction. According to the method, the construction quality and the construction progress are effectively improved, and the defect that the abrupt slope cannot be effectively treated in traditional construction is overcome.
