The invention provides a supporting system and method suitable for a circular surge shaft under unfavorable geological conditions. The supporting system comprises cast-in-place piles, top beams, waist beams, first anchor rods, second anchor rods and net hanging sprayed concrete. Cast-in-place piles are annularly arranged at intervals along the outer side of the excavation boundary of the surge shaft; a top beam is arranged at the top of each cast-in-place pile; and a plurality of waist beams are arranged at intervals from top to bottom in each cast-in-place pile which is encircled into the ring shape. The waist beams intersect with the cast-in-place piles and are fixed through the first anchor rods. And in the area between the adjacent waist beams, net hanging shotcrete is arranged in the cast-in-place piles in a connecting piece mode, and meanwhile one end of each second anchor rod is poured into the net hanging shotcrete. The supporting structure is good in structural integrity, flexible supporting and rigid supporting are effectively combined, the supporting structure can be used for surge shaft construction under the unfavorable geological condition, the problem of excavation instability of the circular surge shaft under the unfavorable geological condition is effectively solved, and the stability and safety of surrounding rock of the surge shaft in the construction period are guaranteed.
本发明提供一种适用于不良地质条件下圆形调压井的支护系统及方法,支护系统包括灌注桩、冠梁、腰梁、第一锚杆、第二锚杆和挂网喷混凝土;沿调压井开挖边界外侧环向间隔布置灌注桩;各个灌注桩的顶部布置冠梁;在围成环形的各个灌注桩的内部,自上而下间隔布置多个腰梁。腰梁与灌注桩相交,并通过第一锚杆固定。在相邻腰梁之间的区域,在灌注桩的内部连片布置挂网喷混凝土,同时,使第二锚杆的一端浇筑于挂网喷混凝土内。本发明结构整体性好,将柔性支护和刚性支护有效结合,可用于不良地质条件下的调压井施工,有效处理不良地质条件下圆形调压井的开挖失稳问题,保证了施工期调压井的围岩稳定及安全。
