The invention relates to a foundation engineering settlement control method under unfavorable geological conditions, which comprises the following steps of: providing an anchor head which comprises an upper anchor plate and a lower anchor plate; the lower anchor plate is fixed to a pile body of the pile foundation, the upper anchor plate is fixed to the lower anchor plate, and the upper anchor plate is fixed to a bearing platform on the upper portion of the pile body; after the foundation is settled, a jacking device is reversely mounted at the bottom of the bearing platform; a mounting ring is detachably fixed at the position, below the lower anchor plate, of the pile body; fixing of the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate is removed, and the lower anchor plate and the upper anchor plate are separated through the jacking device; the pile head of the original pile body is broken and removed, and the lower anchor plate is dismantled; the lower anchor plate and the upper anchor plate are fixed again; and heightening pouring is conducted on the pile body, and the lower anchor plate is poured in the pile body. The technical problem that in the prior art, rigid connection is adopted for a settlement control structure, pile body lengthening and foundation settlement repairing are inconvenient is solved.
