The device has the advantages that all-weather real-time measurement is realized, the device is not limited by environment, climate and personnel, no accumulative error exists, and the measurement precision is high; automatic adjustment and accurate positioning of the posture of the template are realized, the efficiency is high, the labor cost is low, and the safety is good.
