The cleaning material is pressed against between the driving wheel and the surface to be cleaned. According to the surface cleaning device, the to-be-cleaned device is driven to walk through the driving wheels, walking control is facilitated, the driving wheels are combined with the cleaning materials, and cleaning of the to-be-cleaned surface is achieved while walking is conducted.
