The invention discloses an alumina-based homogeneous mullite unburned brick for a lime rotary kiln and a preparation method of the alumina-based homogeneous mullite unburned brick. The alumina-based homogeneous mullite unburned brick is prepared from the following raw materials: an alumina-based mullite homogeneous material with the particle size of 5 to 3mm, an alumina-based mullite homogeneous material with the particle size of 3 to 1mm, an alumina-based mullite homogeneous material with the particle size of 1 to 0mm, alumina with the particle size of 200 to 325 meshes, silicon carbide with the particle size of 200 to 325 meshes, calcined alumina powder and clay. In addition, a binding agent is added. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, premixing powder to obtain premixed powder; then mixing the aggregate, adding a binding agent for strong mixing, and then adding the premixed powder for continuous mixing to obtain a mixed material; and sequentially carrying out compression molding, drying and low-temperature firing on the obtained mixed material to obtain the alumina-based homogeneous mullite unburned brick. According to the invention, the defect of poor thermal shock resistance stability of the product is improved, the high-temperature wear resistance and erosion resistance are further improved, and the service life of the product as the kiln lining refractory material for the lime rotary kiln is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种石灰回转窑用矾土基均质莫来石不烧砖及其制备方法。矾土基均质莫来石不烧砖由原料5~3mm的矾土基莫来石均质料、3~1mm的矾土基莫来石均质料、1~0mm的矾土基莫来石均质料、200~325目的矾土、200~325目的碳化硅、煅烧氧化铝粉和粘土组成;另外加入结合剂。首先把粉料预混,得到预混合粉;然后将骨料混合、加入结合剂强混,接着加入预混合粉继续混合,得到混合物料;所得混合物料依次进行压制成型、干燥和低温烧成,得到矾土基均质莫来石不烧砖。通过本发明,改善了制品抗热震稳定性差的缺点,进一步提升了高温耐磨性能和抗侵蚀性能,延长了其制品作为石灰回转窑用窑衬耐火材料的使用寿命。
