The invention discloses a void repairing method for an extruded sheet of a ballastless track of an operation high-speed rail. The void repairing method comprises the steps that anchor bars are implanted into a bridge abutment of a to-be-repaired area; a gap formed by the extruded sheet between the base plate of the ballastless track and the bridge abutment is cleaned, and the lower surface of the extruded sheet is cut and trimmed; a gap between the trimmed extruded sheet and the base plate is placed in a pouring bag in a disengagement mode; temporary pressing devices are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the bridge abutment and the base plate through anchor bars so as to carry out temporary buckling and pressing on the extruded sheet and the gap disengagement between the bridge abutment and the base plate; a high-flow-state self-filling grouting material is injected into the portion, between the buckled abutment and the base plate, of the pouring bag till the void area is fully filled with the high-flow-state self-filling grouting material; and after the grouting material is solidified, the temporary pressing device is dismantled. According to the technical scheme, void repair can be completed within the skylight time, the track structure can be prevented from being lifted in the grouting process, and re-repair is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种运营高铁无砟轨道挤塑板的脱空修复方法,包括:向待修复区域的桥台植入锚筋;清理无砟轨道的底座板与桥台之间的挤塑板形成的离缝,并对挤塑板的下表面进行切割修整;对修整后的挤塑板与底座板之间的离缝脱空处置入灌注袋;利用锚筋在桥台和底座板的上下两方设置临时压紧装置,以对桥台和底座板之间的挤塑板和离缝脱空进行临时扣压;对扣压后的桥台和底座板之间的灌注袋中注入高流态自充盈注浆材料,直至脱空区域填充饱满;在注浆材料固化后,拆除临时压紧装置。通过本发明的技术方案,能够在天窗时间内完成脱空修复,能够避免注浆过程中抬升轨道结构,便于再次修复。
