The method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a pier support; s2, mounting a main beam bracket; s3, hoisting the main beam; s4, positioning and mounting a main arch support; s5, main arch hoisting; s6, the main arch support is dismantled; s7, comprehensive laying of bridge deck prefabricated slabs; s8, a suspender is installed, and the suspender is tensioned for the first time; s9, the main beam support is dismantled; s10, bridge body repair welding and paint repair; s11, pouring joints of the bridge floor prefabricated slabs; and S12, the suspender is tensioned for the last time. According to the installation and construction method provided by the invention, the method can be better implemented based on a bracket hoisting method, and the installation and construction of the large-span lifting basket arch bridge can be better realized by adopting the construction scheme of first beam and second arch.
本发明涉及提篮拱桥技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种大跨度提篮拱桥安装施工方法。其具有如下步骤：S1、构建桥墩支座；S2、安装主梁支架；S3、主梁吊装；S4、主拱支架定位安装；S5、主拱吊装；S6、拆除主拱支架；S7、桥面预制板的全面铺设；S8、安装吊杆，并进行吊杆初次张拉；S9、拆除主梁支架；S10、桥体补焊和补漆；S11、桥面预制板件的接缝浇筑；S12、吊杆末次张拉。通过本发明所提供的安装施工方法，能够较佳地基于支架吊装法实施，通过采用先梁后拱的施工方案，能够较佳地实现对大跨度提篮拱桥的安装施工。
