According to the installation and construction method provided by the invention, the method can be better implemented based on a bracket hoisting method, and the installation and construction of the large-span lifting basket arch bridge can be better realized by adopting the construction scheme of first beam and second arch.
本发明涉及提篮拱桥技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种大跨度提篮拱桥安装施工方法。其具有如下步骤:S1、构建桥墩支座;S2、安装主梁支架;S3、主梁吊装;S4、主拱支架定位安装;S5、主拱吊装;S6、拆除主拱支架;S7、桥面预制板的全面铺设;S8、安装吊杆,并进行吊杆初次张拉;S9、拆除主梁支架;S10、桥体补焊和补漆;S11、桥面预制板件的接缝浇筑;S12、吊杆末次张拉。通过本发明所提供的安装施工方法,能够较佳地基于支架吊装法实施,通过采用先梁后拱的施工方案,能够较佳地实现对大跨度提篮拱桥的安装施工。
