The floating ball is arranged in the adjusting cylinder, and the top of the floating ball abuts against the lower end of the control rod; the sliding groove is elastically and slidably formed in the side wall of the irrigation canal; a plurality of limiting balls are arranged on a rod body of the vertical rod; one end of the adjusting rod penetrates through the long-strip-shaped through groove to be fixedly connected with one side of the adjusting plate, a notch allowing the vertical rod to pass through is formed in the other end of the adjusting rod, and a groove for containing the limiting ball is formed in the middle of the adjusting rod; the valve is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the vertical rod and matched with an inlet of the communicating pipe. The device can automatically regulate and control the water level height of the isolation subarea and timely supplement reasonable water and fertilizer, and manual supervision is not needed.
