The invention discloses a small-bore pile slurry retaining wall pore-forming process which comprises the following steps: filling desert soil, loosening sand gravel geology, collapsing a hole wall when a drill rod is pulled out, collapsing a hole when the drill rod is pulled out, filling the collapsed hole with the desert soil by using a shovel, enabling the desert soil to be flush with a hole opening, soaking the desert soil with water, and soaking the hole with water after the hole is filled with the desert soil. Water in the waterwheel is led into the hole through a thin pipe, it is ensured that soil in the hole and around the hole is fully soaked, drilling is conducted through secondary impact, after water is completely absorbed, a drill rod on a front arm clamping base is replaced, secondary reaming is conducted, and a pile hole of a slurry protection wall is formed; the slurry retaining wall structure can effectively avoid collapse of the pile foundation structure in the sandy gravel geology, reinforce the inner wall of a pile foundation hole, facilitate subsequent ground cage installation and concrete pouring operation, and improve the soil viscosity in the hole by filling the irrigation desert soil and injecting water according to the easy permeability characteristic of the sandy gravel geology. And hole wall protection slurry is formed, so that the construction difficulty of a pile foundation is reduced.
本发明公开小孔径桩泥浆护壁成孔工艺,填充灌漠土,砂卵石地质松散,钎杆拔出时孔壁会坍塌,拔出钎杆时孔洞坍塌,用铁锹在坍塌的孔洞内填充灌漠土,使得灌漠土填至与孔口齐平,水浸灌漠土,孔洞在填满灌漠土后进行浸水处理,使用细管将水车内的水引至孔洞内,确保孔洞内及四周土壤充分浸润,二次冲击钻孔,在水分完全吸收后,更换前臂卡座上的钎杆,进行二次扩孔,形成泥浆护壁的桩孔;泥浆护壁结构可以有效避免砂卵石地质的桩基结构出现塌陷现象,对桩基孔洞的内壁起到加固作用,方便后续的地笼安装及混凝土浇灌作业,根据砂卵石地质易渗透特性,采用填充灌漠土及注水的方式,提高孔洞中土壤粘性,形成孔洞护壁泥浆,以此来降低桩基的施工难度。
