Tubular pile system and construction method thereof
The invention provides a tubular pile system which comprises a first tubular pile section and a plurality of second tubular pile sections, one end of the first tubular pile section is connected with one second tubular pile section in a sleeved mode, the other end of the first tubular pile section is connected with a hammering section in a sleeved mode, and the second tubular pile sections are connected in a sleeved mode. The hammering-in section comprises a sleeve and a hammering-in part in sliding contact with the inner wall of the sleeve, the hammering-in part is provided with a hammering-in end deviating from the second pipe pile section, and the hammering-in end can extend out of the sleeve along with sliding of the hammering-in part and the sleeve. The invention further provides a construction method of the pipe pile system, and the problem that in the prior art, after construction, the pipe pile assembly is prone to deviation, and consequently deviation from the construction requirement occurs is solved.
本发明提供了一种管桩系统,其包括第一管桩节和若干第二管桩节,第一管桩节一端与其中一第二管桩节套接、另一端套接有锤入节,第二管桩节之间相互套接;其中,锤入节包括套筒以及与套筒内壁滑动接触的锤入部,锤入部具有背离第二管桩节的锤入端且锤入端随锤入部与套筒的滑动能延伸到套筒外。本发明还提供了该管桩系统的施工方法,解决了现有技术中的中施工后管桩组件容易偏移导致出现与施工要求偏差的问题。
