Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that the container misfire ground with the performance characteristics of static electricity prevention, misfire, super wear resistance, heavy load, oil seepage prevention and corrosion resistance can be prepared, the container misfire ground can be used for a container type hydrogen supply station and is completely suitable for class A and class B flammable and explosive places, and safety accidents can be effectively avoided.
本发明涉及一种集装箱不发火地面及其制作方法,所述集装箱不发火地面的制作方法包括如下步骤:制作底盘,所述底盘由一块底面钢板和四面挡墙钢板焊接而成;在底盘上焊接槽钢及钢板横筋;在底盘上浇筑混凝土;在所述混凝土上浇筑不发火材料,随后待不发火材料完全固化,得到所述集装箱不发火地面。与现有技术相比,本发明的制备方法能够制备得到同时具有防静电、不发火、超耐磨、重载、防油渗和抗锈蚀的性能特点的集装箱不发火地面,能够用于集装箱式供氢站,完全适合甲乙类易燃易爆场所使用,可有效避免安全事故发生。
