The invention discloses an anti-static misfire metal wear-resistant floor material and a preparation method thereof. The anti-static misfire metal wear-resistant floor material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70% of carborundum powder; 7-13% by mass of polyurethane; 6-9% by mass of organic fluorine epoxy resin; 5-7% by mass of acrylic ester; 1-2% by mass of an antistatic emulsion; 2-4% by mass of nano antibacterial powder; 1-3% by mass of graphite powder; 4-8% by mass of an active diluting cross-linking agent; 3-6% by mass of talcum powder; 2-4% by mass of titanium dioxide; and the flexibilizer is 1-2% by mass. The obtained floor material has excellent antistatic performance under the condition that the dosage of the antistatic agent is relatively small, the weather resistance of the floor material is improved, the cracking or damage probability of the floor material in the using process is reduced, the service life of the floor material is prolonged, and the safety of the floor material in the using process is improved.
