Modified asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to modified asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-130 parts of epoxy modified asphalt, 5-8 parts of fibers, 8-10 parts of a water repellent agent, 100-200 parts of aggregate, 3-5 parts of nano metal oxide, 6-9 parts of a slow-release anti-freezing mixture and 3-5 parts of self-repairing microcapsules. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing epoxy modification on matrix asphalt to obtain adhesive cement of an epoxy modified asphalt mixture, adding fibers and nano metal oxide to enhance the cracking resistance and toughness of the cured adhesive cement, and continuously mixing with aggregate, a hydrophobic modifier, a slow-release anti-freezing mixture and a self-repairing microcapsule to prepare the modified asphalt concrete. The prepared asphalt concrete has good hydrophobic performance and self-repairing performance, icing is prevented, the internal temperature cannot be locally too low, cracks cannot be generated due to local temperature gradient, the anti-cracking performance of the asphalt concrete can be improved, and the service life of the asphalt concrete can be prolonged.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,具体涉及一种改性沥青混凝土及其制备方法;包括原料为环氧改性沥青80~130份、纤维5~8份、疏水剂8~10份、集料100~200份、纳米金属氧化物3~5份、缓释抗凝冰混合物6~9份、自修复微胶囊3~5份;本发明将基质沥青进行环氧改性,得到环氧改性沥青混合料的胶浆,加入纤维和纳米金属氧化物,增强胶浆固化后的抗开裂性能和韧性,继续与集料、疏水改性剂、缓释抗凝冰混合物、自修复微胶囊混合制备改性沥青混凝土;制得的沥青混凝土具有良好的疏水性能以及自修复性能,并且防止结冰,内部温度不会局部过低,不会因局部温度梯度产生裂纹,有利于沥青混凝土抗开裂性能的提升和使用寿命的提高。
