The preparation method comprises the following steps: introducing the weighed and proportioned petroleum hard asphalt, high-temperature coal tar, Portland cement, polyoxypropylene glycol and polyether polyurethane prepolymer into a mixing vessel according to a corresponding sequence, adding a proper amount of water, and stirring and mixing for a certain time in real time; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the asphalt pavement with a mixer, heating the mixer in real time through heating equipment, and sequentially adding rubber powder, a water reducer, an elastic resin regulator and a viscosity-reducing penetrant into the mixer for mixing in the heating and mixing process, so that the material prepared by the preparation method can prevent the asphalt pavement from being damaged by frozen ice; and the overall safety of vehicle driving is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种水泥、沥青路面的快速修复材料及其制备方法,涉及道路施工领域,其要解决的问题是当水泥或者沥青路面受到承重过大或者气温过低等原因容易发生开裂甚至塌陷的问题,大大降低了行车使用的整体安全性,其制备方法是将称量配比好的石油硬质沥青、高温煤焦油、硅酸盐水泥、聚氧化丙烯二元醇和聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体按照相应的次序导入到混合器皿内部,加入适当的水量进行实时的搅拌混合一定时间,并且通过加热设备对混合器进行实时加热升温,在加热升温混合的过程中再依次加入胶粉、减水剂、弹性树脂调节剂和降粘渗透剂到混合器内部混合,本发明制备的材料能够防止凝冰对沥青路面造成的损伤,有效的提升了车辆行驶的整体安全性。
