The inorganic-organic framework material is prepared by carrying out polymerization reaction on the following raw materials in parts by weight in water: 20-40 parts of a super absorbent resin monomer, 40-60 parts of a nanoscale cement hydration product, 1.5-3 parts of a cross-linking agent, 1.5-3 parts of an initiator and 10-20 parts of a catalyst. The inorganic-organic framework material prepared by the invention is high in water absorption rate, slows down in water release rate, and can significantly improve the damage of introduction of an internal curing agent to the mechanical properties of concrete.
