The invention relates to a method for recycling high-water-content muck into a composite stable material and application of the method. The method comprises the steps that (1) pretreatment is conducted, specifically, the high-water-content muck is extruded and deblocked through mud-stone separation equipment, large-particle-size stone blocks are separated out, and the separated high-water-content muck is obtained; (2) dehydrating and curing: adding a curing agent and a soil mass compound stabilizer into the high-water-content muck separated in the step (1), uniformly stirring, reducing the water content of the separated high-water-content muck, and destroying the soil particle aggregation state to realize soil particle dispersion; (3) secondary separation: screening the material obtained in the step (2) to obtain powder with the particle diameter of less than 40mm, and stacking for later use; and (4) road application: mixing the powder in the step (3) with a curing agent, a soil body composite stabilizer and water according to road application conditions to form a composite stable material which is used for construction of a road base layer, a subbase layer and/or a cushion layer.
