The invention discloses a cantilever anti-slide pile side pressure monitoring method. The method comprises the following steps that a coordinate positioning acquisition instrument and a monitoring point calculation module are arranged; dividing monitoring grids on the left side surface or the right side surface of a cantilever section of the slide-resistant pile, and selecting displacement and pile side pressure monitoring points; acquiring coordinates of the monitoring points through a coordinate positioning acquisition instrument on the ground; turning point positions of the front and rear surfaces of the pile body are calculated and determined through a monitoring point calculation module; monitoring point displacement and deflection distribution are determined through pile body deformation and non-uniform external load characteristics of a pile-soil interface of a load-bearing section of the cantilever pile; and a lateral pressure fitting analytical formula of any point on the pile side of the cantilever anti-slide pile is obtained through deflection conversion of the monitoring point of the load-bearing section of the cantilever pile. According to the method, the problems of slide-resistant pile breakage, side slope landslide, human misjudgment factors, complex technology, high risk, high monitoring cost and the like caused by unreasonable monitoring schemes or monitoring results of slide-resistant pile turning point positions, pile body deformation and pile side pressure during service can be solved; the rapid monitoring method has the advantages of strong environmental adaptability, safe operation, simple construction, low cost and high precision.
