The invention discloses a telescopic horizontal cantilever anti-slide pile for solving tunnel bias pressure and a construction method thereof.The telescopic horizontal cantilever anti-slide pile is arranged on the bias pressure side of a tunnel and comprises a vertically-arranged reinforcement cage, a horizontally-arranged telescopic horizontal cantilever and concrete wrapped between the reinforcement cage and the telescopic horizontal cantilever; one end of the telescopic horizontal cantilever is connected with the side wall of the top face of the slide-resistant pile built-in section reinforcement cage, and the other end of the telescopic horizontal cantilever extends towards the lower portion of the tunnel. The cantilever structure has the advantages that the bias pressure part of the rock-soil body can be converted into the vertical load borne by the cantilever structure, and the bias pressure load borne by the tunnel is reduced; the cantilever structure can resist tunnel inverted arch floating caused by bias voltage and the like; the self-strength of the rock-soil body under the cantilever structure is effectively utilized, deformation of the rock-soil body in front of the built-in section of the anti-slide pile is hindered, the bearing capacity of the anti-slide pile is improved, the length of the built-in section of the anti-slide pile and the sectional area of the anti-slide pile can be reduced, and the construction cost and the material cost are saved; the telescopic horizontal cantilever facilitates construction of a cantilever structure in a pile hole.
