The invention relates to the technical field of pull-out type faucets, in particular to a pull-out hovering mechanism and a pull-out type faucet. The drawing hovering mechanism comprises a shell and a hovering assembly, the shell is provided with a pipe passing cavity extending in the length direction of the shell, and the side wall of the pipe passing cavity is provided with a positioning step facing the pipe passing cavity in the extending direction; the hovering assembly comprises a pipe fastener, a pawl installed on the pipe fastener and an abutting spring installed on the pipe fastener, the pawl comprises a rotating part rotationally connected with the pipe fastener, a lower pawl part and an upper pawl part, the lower pawl part and the upper pawl part are located at the two ends of the rotating part respectively, and the abutting spring abuts against the lower pawl part, so that the lower pawl part has the tendency of rotating away from the pipe fastener; the pipe fastener moves in the pipe passing cavity, and the lower portion of the claw abuts against the positioning step under the action of the abutting spring so as to limit resetting movement of the pipe fastener. According to the technical scheme, the water pipe can be automatically kept hovering after being pulled, and therefore the two hands of a user are liberated.
