The invention belongs to the technical field of building assembly, and discloses an energy-saving building assembly type wall and an assembly method.The energy-saving building assembly type wall comprises an assembly assembly, and the assembly assembly comprises a first assembly part, a second assembly part, a third assembly part and a fourth assembly part which are sequentially arranged side by side in the horizontal direction; the side, away from the fourth assembly part, of the top end of the first assembly part, the side, away from the fourth assembly part, of the top end of the second assembly part, the side, away from the fourth assembly part, of the top end of the third assembly part and the side, close to the first assembly part, of the top end of the fourth assembly part are rotationally connected with top sealing parts correspondingly. According to the invention, building of the building walls is completed by adopting the assembly components through an assembly method, the first assembly parts, the second assembly parts, the third assembly parts and the fourth assembly parts are spliced to form the walls on the four sides of the building, and then top sealing and bottom sealing of the building are completed through splicing of the multiple top sealing parts and splicing of the multiple bottom sealing parts respectively; and the construction period of the building is shortened while the influence of building and dismounting of the building on the environment is avoided.
