The invention discloses a self-prestress laminated wood beam embedded with an iron-based shape memory alloy and a preparation method. The self-prestress laminated wood beam comprises two wood laminates and a plurality of prestressed tendons, the two wood laminates are bonded and pressed to form a whole; a plurality of prestressed tendons are uniformly distributed between the press-fit bonding surfaces of the two wood laminates along the width direction; each prestressed tendon is mounted at a set position of a press-fit bonding surface of one wood laminate through a U-shaped nail; each prestressed tendon comprises an iron-based shape memory alloy wire and a flame-retardant pipe arranged on the periphery of the iron-based shape memory alloy wire in a sleeving mode. According to the method, the iron-based shape memory alloy wires and the wood laminates on the two sides are pressed to form the laminated wood beam through the pressing device, finally, the iron-based shape memory alloy wires are energized and excited, and prestress is generated in the laminated wood beam through the self-recovery characteristic of the iron-based shape memory alloy wires. According to the method, the iron-based shape memory alloy wires are firmly embedded in the laminated wood beam through the lamination effect of the wood laminates, and the internal prestress laminated wood beam arranged in a linear type or a curve type can be conveniently prepared.
本发明公开了内嵌铁基形状记忆合金的自预应力胶合木梁和制备方法,包括两块木层板和若干预应力筋;两块木层板之间通过粘接及压合形成整体;在两块木层板的压合粘接面之间沿宽度方向均匀布设若干根预应力筋;每根预应力筋均通过U型钉安装在其中一层木层板压合粘接面的设定位置;每根预应力筋均包括铁基形状记忆合金丝和套设在其外周的阻燃管。本发明采用压合装置将铁基形状记忆合金丝与两侧木层板压合制成胶合木梁,最后通过对铁基形状记忆合金丝通电激励,其所具有的自回复特性将在胶合木梁内产生预应力。本发明通过木层板压合作用,铁基形状记忆合金丝将牢固内嵌在胶合木梁内,可以方便的制备直线型或曲线型布置的体内预应力胶合木梁。
