Carbon fiber-silicon dioxide aerogel composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of carbon fiber composite materials, and discloses a carbon fiber-silicon dioxide aerogel composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out first mixing on a silicon precursor and a solvent, adding an acid solution, carrying out second mixing, adding an alkali solution, and carrying out third mixing, so as to obtain a silicon dioxide sol solution; performing surface treatment on the carbon fibers to obtain surface-treated carbon fibers; performing fourth mixing on the surface-treated carbon fibers and the silicon dioxide sol solution to obtain carbon fiber-silicon dioxide wet gel, and aging the carbon fiber-silicon dioxide wet gel to obtain carbon fiber-silicon dioxide gel; and replacing the carbon fiber-silicon dioxide gel with an organic solvent, and drying to obtain the carbon fiber-silicon dioxide aerogel composite material. The prepared composite material can obviously improve the mechanical properties of the composite material under the condition of keeping low density, high temperature resistance and low thermal conductivity.
本发明涉及碳纤维复合材料制备技术领域,公开了一种碳纤维‑二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料及其制备方法与应用。该方法包括:将硅前驱体与溶剂进行第一混合后,加入酸溶液进行第二混合后,加入碱溶液进行第三混合,得到二氧化硅溶胶液;对碳纤维进行表面处理,得到表面处理碳纤维;将表面处理碳纤维与二氧化硅溶胶液进行第四混合,得到碳纤维‑二氧化硅湿凝胶,将碳纤维‑二氧化硅湿凝胶进行老化,得到碳纤维‑二氧化硅凝胶;采用有机溶剂对所述碳纤维‑二氧化硅凝胶进行置换、干燥,得到碳纤维‑二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料。由此制得的复合材料能够在保持低密度、高耐温性以及低热导率的情况下,显著提高复合材料的力学性能。
