Novel cloud building factory supporting system and operation process thereof
According to the novel cloud building factory supporting system and the operation technology thereof, the supporting system provides vertical force and horizontal force for the construction stage and the shutdown stage of a cloud building factory through interaction of guide rail stand columns and hanging bases, and construction safety and the overall stability of a frame body are guaranteed. The supporting system provides climbing power for the frame body through interaction with the hydraulic system. The stand column heightening section is connected with the upper bailey truss to form an overall truss of the cloud building factory. The upper portion of the guide rail stand column is fixed to the stand column heightening section, and the whole truss is supported. The climbing belt is a stroke path of the stand column, and meanwhile the lower portion provides a multi-stage fulcrum for the hydraulic oil cylinder. The wall-attached hanging seat is a wall-attached node, transmits all force of the supporting system to the wall body, and also provides a path for the stand column. The hydraulic oil cylinder provides power for the supporting system. Simple, convenient, rapid and reliable supporting and climbing procedures can be provided according to construction requirements, a supporting frame does not need to be arranged, and overall climbing of the frame body is achieved.
本发明涉及一种新型云端建造工厂支撑体系及其运行工艺,支撑体系通过导轨立柱与挂座的相互作用,为云端建造工厂施工阶段及停工阶段提供竖向力和水平力,保障施工安全及架体的整体稳定性。支撑体系通过与液压系统的相互作用,为架体提供爬升动力。立柱加高节与上部贝雷架相连接,形成云端建造工厂的整体桁架。导轨立柱承担承上启下的作用,上部与立柱加高节固定,为整体桁架提供支撑。爬带为立柱的行程路径,同时下部也为液压油缸提供多级支点。附墙挂座为附墙节点,将支撑系统的所有力传递到墙体,亦为立柱提供路径。液压油缸为支撑系统提供动力。其可以根据施工需求提供简便、快速、可靠的支撑与爬升工序,且无需设置支撑架,实现了架体的整体爬升。
