The composite passive window has excellent heat insulation performance, and is simple in overall structure and easy to assemble and use; the heat insulation filler is filled in the outer frame assembly to block indoor and outdoor heat transfer, and two heat preservation lines are formed on the section in a manner that the fifth frame is not exposed, so that the purpose of improving the heat insulation performance of an aluminum alloy window without changing the width of a middle spacing bar of a broken bridge aluminum alloy profile is achieved; and the durability and the stability of the whole window under a new structural system are ensured.
