The rotating device comprises a rotating gear, a rotating shaft and a bearing, the rotating shaft penetrates through the center of the rotating gear, the bearing is in meshed connection with the rotating gear, and a filter screen is arranged at the end, away from the rotating gear, of the bearing; water flow in the reservoir enters the filter tank, then impacts the rotating gear and drives the rotating gear to rotate, the bearing realizes steering and then drives the filter screen to rotate, and the water flow is filtered by the filter screen and finally discharged to a sewer pipe; by arranging the rotating device in the filter tank, blockage prevention can be achieved, and water flow stagnation caused by impurity blockage is avoided.
