A main frame is arranged on the upper side of the base, a water pump is arranged on theupper surface of the base, the inner side of the base is rotationally connected with movable screws through bearings, a hand wheel is arranged on one side of the base, the hand wheel is fixedly connected with one ends of the movable screws, the outer sides of the movable screws are sleeved with adjusting nuts, one sides of the adjusting nuts are rotationally connected with supporting rods throughrotary shafts, one ends of the supporting rods are connected with a sliding plate, the sliding plate is slidingly connected with the base, and movable wheels are arranged on the lower surface of thesliding plate. Through the designed hand wheel, movable screws, sliding plate and movable wheels, when the device needs to be moved, it is only needed to manually rotate the hand wheel to drive the sliding plate to slide through the movable screws, thus, the movable wheels are jacked out, the device is moved through the movable wheels, during use, the movable wheels can be collected by reversely rotating the hand wheel, the device is supported by the base, and therefore the phenomenon of swing displacement during use is avoided.
