The invention discloses a planting container which does not need to be additionally added with starch, an adhesive, resin and other raw materials and is made of waste sludge and waste sand and a preparation method of the planting container. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts by weight of waste sludge generated in the pulping production process of paper-making reconstituted tobacco or straw, 20-90 parts by weight of waste sand generated in the casting production process, 15-30 parts by weight of cement and 10-25 parts by weight of water. According to the method, high-added-value utilization of the sludge and the waste sand in the planting container is achieved to the maximum extent through resource regeneration and recycling. The prepared planting container contains tobacco leaf fine powder, fine tobacco stem powder and a small amount of short and fine fibers, is beneficial to improving the matrix strength of the planting container, does not need to additionally add reinforcing fibers, contains a large amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, trace elements and other nutrients, also contains nicotine, has insecticidal and desinsectization effective components, has a respiratory function, and can be used for preventing diseases and insect pests. The method has the advantages of being beneficial to plant growth and natural degradation.
本发明公开了一种无须额外添加淀粉、胶黏剂、树脂等原料,利用废弃污泥和废砂制作的种植容器及其制备方法。按照重量取造纸法再造烟叶或秸秆制浆生产过程的废弃污泥100份、铸造生产过程产生的废弃砂20‑90份、水泥15‑30份和水10‑25份混合组成。本发明通过资源化再生回收利用,最大程度地实现了污泥和废砂在种植容器中的高附加值利用。所制备的种植容器,含有烟叶细微粉末、细微烟梗碎末和少量短细纤维,有助于提高种植容器的基体强度,无需额外添加增强纤维,同时含有大量的氮、磷、钾及微量元素等养分,还含有烟碱,具有杀虫、驱虫的有效成份,具有呼吸功能,具有利于植物生长和自然降解的优势。
