The stock bin and the pump are respectively mounted on the rack, and the waterproof motor is mounted on the nozzle; an outlet of the stock bin is communicated with an inlet of the pump, and an outlet of the pump is communicated with an inlet of the nozzle; a screw rod is arranged in the nozzle, and the input end of the screw rod is connected with an output shaft of the waterproof motor; and the pump and the waterproof motor are electrically connected with the main control board. Safety guarantee can be provided for underwater operation construction, and intelligent construction of unmanned operation is achieved.
