The invention discloses an avoidance type anti-seepage curtain structure in a karst region encountering a filling soil karst cave, which comprises an upper layer grouting cave, a middle layer grouting cave and a lower layer grouting cave which are arranged in an area outside the filling soil karst cave, and the upper layer grouting cave is drilled and grouted downwards to form a first vertical curtain; the middle-layer grouting hole is used for drilling and grouting upstream to form a first horizontal curtain and drilling and grouting downwards to form a second vertical curtain, the lower-layer grouting hole is used for drilling and grouting around to form a second horizontal curtain or an annular curtain and drilling and grouting downwards to form a third vertical curtain, the first horizontal curtain is in lap joint with the first vertical curtain, and the second horizontal curtain is in lap joint with the second vertical curtain. The second horizontal curtain or the annular curtain is in lap joint with the second vertical curtain. The method is convenient to construct, low in investment, short in construction period and high in construction safety; according to the curtain formed by drilling and grouting in the grouting hole in the rock mass, the anti-seepage material is uniform, the type is single, lap joint of soil mass anti-seepage and rock mass anti-seepage is avoided, and the anti-seepage effect is improved.
