Anti-seepage curtain line construction method for excavating, replacing and filling soil karst cave in karst region
The invention discloses an anti-seepage curtain line construction method for excavating, replacing and filling a soil karst cave in a karst region, which comprises the following steps of: (1) constructing an upper layer of grouting cave, a middle layer of grouting cave and a lower layer of grouting cave in a rock mass, and dividing the middle layer of grouting cave into two sections by the karst cave; (3) drilling and grouting are conducted outwards from the grouting holes in the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer and the middle layer to form a first vertical curtain, a first horizontal curtain, a second vertical curtain, a second horizontal curtain and a third vertical curtain, the first vertical curtain extends downwards to be in lap joint with the first horizontal curtain outside the karst cave, and the third vertical curtain extends downwards to be in lap joint with the second horizontal curtain outside the karst cave; or the second vertical curtain extends into backfill concrete in the karst cave, and the second vertical curtain is in lap joint with the second horizontal curtain. The backfill concrete is used for replacing the filling soil in the karst cave, the construction of the anti-seepage curtain line can be carried out according to a normal construction scheme, the anti-seepage curtain line is basically not influenced by the karst cave, and the anti-seepage reliability is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种喀斯特地区开挖置换充填土溶洞的防渗帷幕线施工方法,包括:①在岩体内施工上中下三层灌浆洞,其中中层灌浆洞被溶洞分成两段②对溶洞进行开挖回填,并修筑有两端与中层灌浆洞相连的中层廊道③由上中下层灌浆洞和中层廊道向外钻孔灌浆形成第一竖向帷幕、第一水平帷幕、第二竖向帷幕、第二水平帷幕、以及、第三竖向帷幕,其中,第一竖向帷幕向下延伸与溶洞外的第一水平帷幕搭接,或者伸入溶洞内的回填混凝土中,第二竖向帷幕则与第二水平帷幕搭接。本发明用回填混凝土置换溶洞中的充填土,防渗帷幕线的施工可以按照正常施工方案进行,基本不受溶洞影响,防渗的可靠性大幅提高。
