The tail part of the pedal body is rotatably fixed on one side of the safety island; the door-shaped frame body is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the safety island corresponding to the pedal body, the door-shaped frame body comprises two oppositely-arranged stand columns and a transverse rod located between the two stand columns, each stand column is of a hollow structure, and a pulley block and a balance weight structure are arranged in each stand column; the pulley block comprises fixed pulleys installed on the top of the stand column and movable pulleys connected to the balance weight structure, each fixed pulley is wound with a steel wire rope, one end of each steel wire rope is connected with the head of the pedal body, and the other end of each steel wire rope is fixed to the stand column after bypassing the corresponding movable pulley.
