The invention provides a water-rich sand layer shield channel MJS pre-reinforcement construction method which comprises the following steps: (1) constructing a guide pier according to the position of a hole site, carrying out hole site lofting and flange plate installation on the guide pier, and installing a check valve on the flange plate; (2) a hole guiding machine is installed in the foundation pit, a check valve is closed, and the hole guiding machine drills through the fender post through a coring drill; (3) the coring drill is dismantled, an outer sleeve is installed on a hole guiding machine, hole guiding follow-up is conducted through the outer sleeve, an inner drill rod located in the outer sleeve is installed on the hole guiding machine, hole guiding continues to be conducted to the designed depth through the inner drill rod, and in the hole guiding process, the inner drill rod injects double grout into a hole channel; (4) the inner drill rod is pulled out, the hole guiding machine is removed, an MJS grouting machine is installed in the foundation pit, a grouting pipe is installed on the MJS grouting machine, and the grouting pipe is installed to the designed depth; (5) pulling out the outer sleeve; and (6) the grouting pipe is pumped back through the MJS grouting machine, the grouting pipe sprays grout, and meanwhile the grouting pipe retreating from the hole channel is dismantled.
本发明提供了一种富水砂层盾构通道MJS预加固施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)根据孔位位置施工导向墩,在导向墩上进行孔位放样和法兰盘安装,在法兰盘上安装止回阀;(2)在基坑内安装引孔机,关闭止回阀,引孔机通过取芯钻钻过围护桩;(3)拆除取芯钻,在引孔机上安装外套管,利用外套管进行引孔跟进,并在引孔机上安装位于外套管内的内钻杆,通过内钻杆继续进行引孔至设计深度,且在引孔的过程中,内钻杆向孔道注入双浆液;(4)拔出内钻杆,撤走引孔机,在基坑内安装MJS注浆机,在MJS注浆机上安装注浆管,并将注浆管安装至设计深度;(5)拔出外套管;(6)通过MJS注浆机回抽注浆管,且注浆管进行喷浆,同时对回退出孔道的注浆管进行拆除。
