A rapid concrete molding device is characterized in that a template fixing base is arranged on a horizontal working surface, a turntable is arranged at the upper part of the template fixing base, a big arm is arranged on the turntable, a lifting oil cylinder is arranged between the big arm and the turntable, a material distributing machine is arranged at the top of the big arm, and a material distributing machine adjusting oil cylinder is arranged between the material distributing machine and the big arm; a formwork horizontal adjusting oil cylinder and a formwork vertical adjusting oil cylinder are arranged on the left side of the formwork fixing base, piston rods of the formwork horizontal adjusting oil cylinder and the formwork vertical adjusting oil cylinder are connected with the formwork, supports are arranged on the two side walls of the formwork, and rod pieces are arranged on the sides, corresponding to the vertical working faces, of the supports. The rod piece extends into the cylinder barrel arranged in the rubber sleeve, and the rod piece can move back and forth along the cylinder barrel; pouring can be conducted once every 10 min, springback in concrete spraying construction is avoided, material waste is reduced, environmental pollution is reduced, energy consumption is reduced due to the fact that no high-pressure air exists, the flatness of formwork construction is good, and waterproof plate paving in the next procedure is facilitated.
