The invention provides a concrete structure health monitoring system and method with a self-repairing function, and the system comprises a fiber grating strain sensor which is disposed in a concrete structure or is attached to the surface of the concrete structure, and is used for obtaining the stress-strain change data of the concrete structure; the terminal server is used for classifying and storing the stress-strain change data, establishing a BIM structure model according to the stress-strain change data, performing health assessment on the stress-strain change data to obtain assessment data, and comparing the assessment data with a preset safety threshold value; and the glass fiber pipe is arranged in the concrete structure and used for enabling the concrete repairing liquid to flow out under the cracking extrusion pressure of the concrete structure to repair the concrete structure. According to the method, the damage condition of the structure part and the repairing effect in the self-repairing state are more visually displayed through the BIM structure model, so that the safety of the structure is evaluated, safety early warning is made, and the damage of the structure is rapidly repaired to maintain normal use of the structure.
