The invention discloses a concrete structure interface health monitoring and repairing method, and a damage in-situ monitoring and repairing structure comprises a porous monitoring and repairing film which is laid at a specific concrete structure section. Two external metal copper foils or electrode plates are arranged at the two ends of the section of the concrete structure respectively, the internal porous monitoring and repairing thin film is connected with an external electrical property measuring instrument of the concrete structure to form a sensing monitoring network, and the purpose of monitoring the internal micro-cracks of the concrete is achieved by monitoring the change of electrical properties of the thin film. Concrete repair is achieved through a microorganism mineralization deposition method. The nanocapsules loaded with microorganisms are uniformly distributed in the porous film, or the porous monitoring and repairing film is directly used as a microbial carrier. When the cross section of the concrete structure is deformed or displaced due to external load, concrete cracks are generated at the thin film, the thin film is deformed or damaged, and microorganisms in the thin film are released, so that the function of filling and repairing the cracks of the concrete structure is realized.
