The pier comprises a pier body, an anchoring plate, a prestressed steel beam, an energy dissipation system, angle steel, a bearing platform and the like, the two sides of the pier bottom of the pier body are connected with angle steel through a cast-in-place method and shear keys, and the side face of the pier body is anchored to a bearing platform through an anchoring plate and a prestressed steel beam. Main components of the energy dissipation system are composed of hollow hexagonal steel pipes, bolts, built-in springs, base plates and nuts, and the energy dissipation system is fixedly installed on the two sides of the bottom of the pier body and connected with angle steel. Potential inelastic deformation can be borne, major components of the structure are prevented from being seriously damaged, so that enough energy dissipation capacity is provided for a structural system while the strength and rigidity of the system are shared, and the pier structure has a self-resetting function due to the prestressed steel beams and the hollow hexagonal steel pipes; the energy consumption system has the advantages of being easy to install, replaceable, convenient to maintain and monitor and diversified in energy consumption component.
