The invention relates to a bridge swivel device which comprises a first base, a second base, a traction assembly and a control system, and the second base is arranged on the first base and rotationally connected with the first base; the traction assembly is connected with the second base so as to control the second base to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise relative to the first base; the control system is electrically connected with the traction assembly and controls the rotation angle of the second base relative to the first base through the traction assembly. According to the bridge swivel device, when the bridge swivel device is used, the traction assembly drives the second base arranged on the first base to rotate, and the bridge body is arranged on the second base, so that the bridge body rotates; the rotation angle of the second base relative to the first base can be accurately controlled through the control system; in addition, the forward and reverse rotation directions of the second base can be controlled through the traction assembly, and therefore the defect that an existing bridge body can only rotate in one direction is overcome.
