The system comprises guide rails, the guide rails extend from an initial position to a target position, and the guide rails comprise a hanging bracket displacement guide rail and a rake head displacement guide rail; the jacking mechanism comprises a first jack used for jacking the rake head hanging bracket and a second jack used for jacking the rake head; the translation mechanism comprises a first moving trolley arranged below the rake head hanging bracket and a second moving trolley arranged below the rake head, the first moving trolley can move along the hanging bracket shifting guide rail, and the second moving trolley can move along the rake head shifting guide rail; and the power mechanism is connected to the translation mechanism and is used for pushing the translation mechanism to move on the guide rail.
